Payson Scottish Festival

The following is a tentative schedule of events for the Payson Scottish Festival. Even though the event times may change, this is a good indication of when and where the events will be taking place.

Friday Night - July 10th 2009

6:00PM Friday Night Ceilidh
     Located at the Bandstand

Saturday - July 11th 2009

9:00AM Parade
     Route is along Main Street
9:30AM Opening Ceremonies and Massed Bands
     Located on the Athletic Field
8:00AM - 5:00PM Competitions
     Various locations throughout the Park
10:00AM - 4:00PM Bandstand Entertainment
     Located at the Bandstand
5:00PM Closing Ceremonies and Massed Bands
     Located on the Band Field

Bagpipes and Drum Competitions

The music competitions will be held on the band field located in the southwest corner of the park. There is a small hill and bleachers that are available for the spectators.

Athletic Competition

The athletic competitions will be held on the athletic field located on the east side of the park. There will be bleachers available for the spectators.

The dance competitions will be held in the dance tent located on the north side of the park. Chairs will be available for the spectators.
